A one-night deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Cancellations
More than 10 days’ notice: a $15.00 service fee will be charged and the full deposit will be returned
Less than 10 days’ notice: the full night deposit is forfeited and all remaining monies will be returned
All no-shows forfeit the full deposit
No refunds for early departures or if asked to leave by management
Check In & Out
Check-in begins at 1:00 PM
Check-out is by 11:00 AM

NOTE:
All of our campers come fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, Microwave, Gas stove, and a full-size Refrigerator/freezer. We also provide cookware, dinnerware, cups, and silverware, plus TVs and basic cleaning supplies like a broom & dust pan.
Pack your own linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels), Queen & twin size sheets, coffee pods, 10 gallon garbage can liners.
